“Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night. I attempted to move the next morning before heading out for the day and again no rooms were available. I asked to be texted with availability, that did not happen. I had a...

“The management was awful and they contacted me about giving me a refund for time i told them when i checked in i wouldn't be there for. I have still not received anything not even a email after accusing me of stealing the room keys. I am on camera and in full view giving the keys back when i checked out while took over an hour ”

“Rooms are nice. Lobby and sitting area is very nice. There is a lovely patio out back to sit at.”

We had breakfast and the lady in charge of it was on it, refilling and cleaning everything, we saw she went above and beyond with grabbing the choc.
